Reporting directly to the owners of the company, having under their direct supervision 5 Managers. Responsabilities: - Responsible by P&L and Operational results of two Plants, 2.700km far each other, managing material and production planning, sizing and availability of industrial capacity and inventories management, driving financial and Quality guidelines; - Direct interface with Board in the management of strategies and definition of long and médium term goals; - Company representative among government bureaus and professional associations.

Reporting directly to the owners of the company, having under their direct supervision, between Managers and Coordinators, 10 people. Responsabilities: - Definition and conduction of the business plan of the company from commercial and production planning, sizing and availability of industrial capacity, inventory management and also in the management of financial and Quality guidelines; - Direct interface with Board in the management of strategies and definition of long and médium term goals; - Trading off all Commercial terms, contract agreements, prices and Quality Level with Customers; - Company representative among government bureaus and professional associations.

As PROJECT MANAGER in the administration of infrastructure works in new industrial plants. Responsabilities: - Selection of suppliers, negotiation of the purchase and manage the installation thereof for: * Equipment to generate special water for industrial processes (demineralized, chilly and cooling); * Electrical swtchboards for power supply, control and automation of industrial infrastructure installations; - Management of Works for installation of Industrial Air Conditioning System, chilly water, of 470 TR and 700 TR; - Participation in the commissioning of infrastructure works.

Reporting to the General Director of Business Brazil, with interface and direct accountability to the Corporate Business Directorate. Responsabilities: - Structuring and managing the Business Unit of Digital Still Cameras and Sub-assemblies for ATM centrals throughout its industrial and comercial sphere( January 2008 to November 2011); * Total of 900 employees and revenue over US$100 MM. Belo Horizonte-MG, Manaus-AM and Sorocaba-SP. - General Management of the Repair, Guarantee and After-sales Support Business Unit(September 2006 to December 2007); * Total of 300 employees and revenue over US$8.00 MM(only value added amount). Alphaville-SP. - Implementation, structuring and management of the Cell Phone Business Unit with direct investment of US$20 MM and full responsability for industrial performance, P & L and comercial management. ( March 2003 to August 2006 ); * Total of 1,500 employees and revenue over US$150 MM. Manaus-AM. - Directing operational norms and procedures, industrial and administrative-financial policies; - Negotiation of the agreements, commercial conditions, contracts and conduct of the relationship with the Clients; - Development of new business with current Customers; - Prospecting new Clients; - Elaboration, implementation and integral responsability for the Budget and Business Plan of the Business Unit; - Wide experience in business modeling to minimize the effect of exchange rate variation and in exchange rate reconciliations with suppliers and customers; - Development of business models seeking to minimize the cost of capital; - Participation in Trade Union negotiations and Institutional Relationships; - In 2005, awarded the company's " All Star " award( granted to 500 people among 75,000 employees)due to the results achieved in the management of the Business Unit under its responsability.

As Operations Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Industry for Latin América, having under his supervision total of 750 employees. Responsible for the Industrial Operation of Monitors for Computers, including: • Full responsibility for P&L results and Industrial performance to meet the Budget; • Definition and management of suppliers to ensure the supply of inputs, minimize inventory and working capital employed in the operation. • Management of industrial results, quality assurance and NPI activities in order to meet the agreed productivity, performance and delivery commitments. • President of Internal Committee for Accident Prevention (“CIPA”) from 1998 till 2000. • Member of the "Manufacturing Excellence" group at Philips International BV.
