Facilitator of Demand Pre Alignment meeting and Member of the Demand Management Review forum.

Accountable for Petcare, Chocolate, Gums & Candies, Food, Health & Wellbeing, Ice Cream categories for Demand planning (more than 1000 skus portfolio), product supply (from more than 25 production sites), Customer Service Level, inventory management and master data for South Europe Cluster (Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta). Managing the South Europe demand planning team (10 people split across the countries). S&OP Demand Management Review facilitator.

Physical logistics and copacking management for South Europe Cluster (Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta). Accountability on logistic budget and 3pl performance owner. Accountable for implementation of continuous improvement projects and for building of year on year logistic efficiencies and savings roadmap.

Management of two logistic regional distribution platforms with daily replenishment, single sku daily forecast, stock allocation and order fulfilling.

Daily forecast per every sku for main warehouse. Coordination and feedback with central production planning, forecast and demand analysis, seasonality management with focus on promotional plans and peaks.

Delegated for productive activities, commerce, labour. Member of electoral committee.

Management of whole export air freight order to delivey for critical customers including data management on customer IT system and reports building.
