- Development of prototypes, test rigs and ad-hoc solutions to tackle technical challenges, such as validation of pumps, valves and sensors, among other hydraulic components for fluid process - Extensive use of shop floor tools for in-house fabrication, repair and assembly (3D printer, circular saw, thread tap, drill, MMA welder, mechanical joints (riveting/screws), as well as externalization of other services (laser cutting / sheet metal bending, CNC machining, etc.) and quality control of nonconformities - Tools calibration and maintenance, implementation of 5S audits to keep the workspace tidy - Feature feasibility assessments and retrofit of existing products to comply with evolving demands - Testing and data gathering, results interpretation and conclusion reports presentation for technical and non-technical audiences - Imparting trainings to end customers and Field Service Engineers about maintenance procedures, product usability and troubleshooting - Product commissioning at the customer's facility, involving technical conversations and agreements with local contractors, granting a smooth deployment and integration with the customer's FWS, network and power supply grid

Design of closed circuit refrigerated showcases, heaters and neutral temperature stands for the hospitality sector. - Development of new products: conceptualization of the initial idea with the technical and production directors, iterative revisions of both the external aspect and internal components, as well as assembly and maintenance processes - Redesign of existing products: implementation of upgrades focused on improving the cold/heat's circuit efficiency, increasing watertightness and simplifying individual components and assemblies to reduce material waste and assembly times, which in turn allows for faster production - Quality control of individual parts and final products: Assessment of several parameters, such as dimensioning and tolerance of the fabricated parts or efficiency of the thermal circuit, to ensure that the products comply with the corresponding specifications regarding energetic efficiency, safety for both the operators and clients and overall build quality

Project management oriented towards digital marketing and advertisement, based on LED screen installations. - Supervision of all the project stages, starting from the technical and economical feasibility studies, tasks distribution and assessment of time and human resources, product design, up until fabrication, transport and final installation. - Structural design of audiovisual platforms: Regular visits to the client’s facilities, gathering of on site data via measurements and discussion with architects and other engineers over each project’s limitations (surface anchor points, weight and wind loads, structure modularity, etc.) - Systems and components integration into urban totems or MUPIs, controlled via software to optimize ventilation, adjust luminosity or image tone, and pick up data from bystanders to offer a personalized content.

Industrial machinery fabrication for paint, adhesives and resin applications, amongst other chemical composites. - Development of fabrication blueprints via 2D and 3D software, along with pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical schemes. - PLC module programming to perform process automation, such as material dispensing, overpressure alarms, system purge, mixture of components, etc. - Assembly of products and prototypes on the workshop (work with cutting and trimming saw, drill, thread tap, 3D printer)
