I started at Siemens in the public switching R&D department as software engineer having worked with EWSD Switching System as signalling and subscriber feature developer. Then I was invited to join a system test team in Munich to work on BRA projects. After 4 years I returned to BRA and started working again at development in the new project SPX2000 (small switching system). After 5 years I moved to EWSD development again and assumed a position as development manager. In 2005 I was assigned to manage R&D Curitiba.

Dissertation approved at FGV-RJ in June-2010. Area: Scrum Methodology and the impact of its introduction in a Brazilian ITC company.
