Marcin Krzywulski

I believe that long-term partnerships, technical excellence, and thoughtful leadership are the foundation of successful transformation - both in business and technology. I’m someone who shows up where I’m needed, listens carefully and makes decisions based on data, logic and experience. My professional journey started over two decades ago at Macrix Technology Group, where I grew from software developer to Head of Commissioning, and today, I serve as COO and Vice President of Management Board. Macrix specializes in designing and implementing custom software solutions for demanding industrial environments - from manufacturing and intralogistics to automotive and energy. We focus on reliability, safety and long-term value creation. The company continues to grow steadily, with 12% year-over-year revenue growth and clients around the world. Over the years, I’ve led software deployments in complex, high-stakes environments, including large projects for SMS Group in steel plants around the world. I taught myself German to be more effective in international projects, because I believe in meeting clients where they are, in every sense. I take personal responsibility for financial stability and cash flow management, as I know how essential they are to sustainable growth. Today, I’m also the CEO of BSS LogisQ, a new joint venture between Macrix and BSS Bohnenberg (ROFA AG Group). Our goal is clear: deliver integrated, scalable solutions that combine warehouse automation with advanced software to support modern logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce operations. Outside of work, I live with my wife, daughter and our Yorkshire terrier near Poznań. I value simplicity, enjoy learning about new technologies, and as a long-time LEGO fan - believe that the best systems are built piece by piece, with care and foresight.
