I have been involved in the maritime industry since 2009, and in the position of master mariner since 2019. I also have experience in planning crew change and solving all related problems. For the last year I was co-responsible for the creation of a new crewing management system for one of the largest company in the market. On the basis of my maritime experience and previous knowledge gained while working on the counter in a ship management company, I advised and suggested new solutions to create one of the best system in the maritime market. I am a motivated person, focused on achieving the set goal and very ambitious. Each new adventure on the career path, I treat with the greatest respect and always give the maximum. I like to challenge myself, which further motivates me to work hard. I can work under time pressure and very quickly make difficult decisions. I like to work with a large team of people and expand my knowledge and experience.
