I am open-minded person with optimistic approach to life. I have started from the scratch as Sales disposition specialist, through Junior Key Account Manager and Key Account Manager back to Supply Chain as Customer Disposition & Supply Planning Manager – which is my current job. During these years, I have gained the knowledge about building Customer relationship not only focused on revenue but I am always trying to establish a bound with the other side – the most important is to be act as a “pain relief” for Customer. Such approach is – in my opinion – the key to success. I am challenged by various tough situations connected to Supply Chain (global/local and in-house), where I was face of Company and I had to provide the best service in order to fulfill and secure Customers requests. Taking part in budgeting, planning and reporting to my supervisor and to the Board Members at my current company via best-fit data as a letter, presentation or calculation. Working in supply chain helped me to gain knowledge about materials flow, create purchasing requests and analyze service tasks. Cooperation with other people is my advantage – I am a team player with a focus on target realization but also full of empathy and reasonable human approach. I am always respecting other person.
