Responsible for running Polish IT near-shore branch of international IT consulting group based in Germany.For over 17 years our teams accomplished over 120 projects related to custom software development for various companies, where IT is often an innovative business driver. Our customer base includes a few world-wide enterprises, many market leaders on European level, but also innovative start-ups. In terms of business sector we are strong in finances, retail and automotive plus we support number of IT vendors as subcontractors. Our preferred way of establishing mutually successful cooperation is to gain customers trust by working together hand in hand on-site and after that jointly devising a plan how to do a transition from an on-site body-leasing cooperation, to a near-shore agile team development model. We also managed to gain an image of "IT Special Forces" called upon for endangered IT projects. In terms of technology stacks our core competences are related to enterprise level Java, .NET and for start-ups we often use Ruby on Rails, React, Angular. ICT West Pomerania Cluster is an association on 90+ IT companies acting to support the economic development of the region's IT sector companies and enhance the attractiveness of West Pomerania and the city of Szczecin for employees, investors, local entrepreneurs and students. We do this through direct and intensive contacts with companies, which leads to new business projects.
