The goals were elicited about systems through Knowledge Management and Software Engineering methods besides the systems in operation. So as to guarantee those goals we used Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen Events, Kanban Production, Lean Six Sigma, and the customer knowledge areas. As a matter of fact, the best melhodology here was agile methods like SCRUM.

I was hired to structure the IBM Summit Methodology at MCN. In that time there were three international projects. One for Korea, other to Mexico and the more recent one initiating to Taiwan. I had the responsibility for keeping the IBM Summit deliverables and the quality control of portals. It was a very special opportunity to work with different cultures.

Together with MCN tasks performing the Quality Role, I gave support to MetLife Managers about Methodology, Process Modeling, Class Diagram, and State Machine Diagram. It was a very good experience where I had, with pleasure, to master software engineering and Business Process Modeling techniques.

I was invited as a member for judging Lean Six Sigma Projects headed by Black and Green Belts. And I had the pleasure to evaluate excellent projects preserving the power of Lean Six Sigma Roadmap (11.09.2013).

* Deployment of BPM / Lean Six Sigma Projects throughout the Enterprise Logistics * Deployment of BPM office applying the Enterprise Architecture concepts * Deployment of BPM practices using Lean Six Sigma as the main methodology * Improve IT Processes to better provide Strategic Alignment using frameworks as COBIT, ITIL, and CMMi * Deployment of BPM practices to SAP Team members.

I made part of the group that deals with itSIMPLE project, which is a Knowledge Engineering Tool for the Planning & Scheduling field. I developed my dissertation by mapping UML models to F-Logic and from F-Logic to PDDL descriptions. This work provided future itSimple implementations where it was possible to maintaining the integrity of all models.

I acted as CMMi Project Manager and Site Coordinator of the CMMi ML 2 Assessment, which goal was achieved in 2006. As an SQA manager, I had to assure that the products had conformance to requirements as well as all issues regarding non-conformance I had to track until each issue be in closure. The SQA structure must be independent in relation to software development. We followed the CMMi model as a rule as well as best practice in Consoft. When I acted as a Process Manager, I made part of the EPG Structure, that is the Engineering Process Group. That structure is responsible on creating improvements on the process and/or products.

* Deployment of Quality Process for Cobol Software Development in the area of Retail * Deployment of Quality Process for Java Development in the area of Cash Flow (mainly BKB Portals) * I acted as a BKB methodologist (PLC) for consultant groups * I worked with the BKB Governance to establish best practices in the integration and system testing. So as to reduce the likelihood of poor quality as well as to better provide an undestanding of value delivery and risk management involved in the projects delivered. * I used estimation techniques, such as FPA (Function Point Analysis) and UCP (Use Case Points).

This company was excellent to my life. As a matter of fact, all people I found there. I began there as a software developer (IT Trainee). After one year and a half, I became a System Analyst. As time went on, I became a Business Analyst and did search business knowledge. Since there I did fall in love with Lean Six Sigma and all things people such as Kaoru Ishikawa, Taiichi Ohno, Shewhart, Deming, and brilliant people alike made for mankind.

When I was studying mathmatics, I learned how to learn better... I began to bring with me many techniques I could use for helping me when I needed something quantitatively controlled and monitored. Maths opened my mind and continues to do so.

Activities and Societies: In this course, we learned and did practice: - Pattern interruption; reframing; anchoring; indirect suggestion; truism; confusion technique; double linking; deepening; metaphor; word game; time distortion; conversational trance.

In this course I knew and got "Sappore" of artificial Intelligence technology such as: Reasoning About Actions, Knowledge Engineering for AI Planning & Scheduling, Propositional Logic, First Order Logic, Transaction Logic, F-Logic, Transaction F-Logic, Bayesian Artificial Intelligence, UML.P (The UML for the Planning Approach), Robotics, Machine Learning, Fuzzy Logic, Genetic Algorithm, Case Based Reasoning, Neural Networks, Petri Nets, Classical Planning, Neoclassical Planning, HTN Planning, Deductive, Inductive, and Abductive Reasoning.

I had the opportunity to study the Organizational Structure of Parapanema Group and I made a paper for Marketing by dealing with customer-oriented. I applied to my job some concepts of production management such as KanBan, Theory of Constraints, TQC, Six Sigma and some techniques from Total Quality Management.
