✅ Leadership of R&D operations in advanced manufacturing and laser technology, optimizing the execution of complex projects to ensure high-impact technological deliveries and technical compliance. ✅Optimization of facility management and restructuring of the salary and position plan for researchers, resulting in a direct increase in operational efficiency and retention of highly qualified talent. ✅Comprehensive management of human, financial, and laboratory resources of high complexity, ensuring consistent achievement of annual revenue targets and financial sustainability of the business. ✅Articulation of strategic partnerships between industry and academia, strengthening the innovation ecosystem and expanding opportunities for technological cooperation and new business ventures. ✅Monitoring of strategic performance indicators (KPIs), implementing continuous improvement cycles that ensured full alignment of operations with the institution's long-term guidelines.

✅ In the context of the digital transformation of the industrial sector in Santa Catarina, I designed the NEXT 4.0 plan, connecting emerging technologies to industrial productivity, resulting in expanded adoption and strengthening regional competitiveness. ✅ In partnership with the UNISENAI team, I conceived the Multicyber project for the implementation of a cyber-physical laboratory focused on digital twins, securing R$ 2.5 million through FAPESC and enabling the development of innovative projects in advanced manufacturing. ✅ As the initiator and coordinator of the CYBERTECH project (UNISENAI and Innovation Institutes in Joinville), I structured a digital platform for integrating innovation projects with industry, securing R$ 15 million in funding through FINEP and accelerating technology transfers. ✅ I structured the INNOVATION and TECHNOLOGY ROADMAP for the SENAI Institutes in Santa Catarina, aligning technological capabilities with industrial needs and driving the governance and execution of R&D initiatives.

UniSENAI comprises a University Center in Blumenau and four campuses: Chapecó, Florianópolis, Jaraguá do Sul, and Joinville. The SENAI Institute of Innovation in Laser Processing is the first laser materials processing center in Latin America. With applications in various industrial sectors, the laser has properties directly linked to advanced manufacturing concepts and can be used in multiple tasks. That's why it's one of the most versatile and expanding technologies today. The institute offers the industry a unique structure, with exclusive equipment, such as the second-largest machine in the world in laser metal deposition and the opportunity to develop innovative products and solutions. MAIN EQUIPMENT Metal 3D Printers / Laser Coating Machines / Laser Welding Machine and Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding / Systems for Texturing and Functionalization of Surfaces with Pulsed Lasers / Shared Infrastructure for Material Characterization, Machining, and Metrology. The Secretariat of Urban Planning and Sustainable Development - SEPUD is an organ of the Direct Administration of the Municipality of Joinville, whose purposes are “to plan urban development policies in the Municipality, indicating and coordinating its means of execution, aiming at the sustainable development of the city, promoting actions that seek to integrate the Municipality with the various cities, regions or countries, to encourage educational, cultural exchange and economic development.”

Com base na minha experiência profissional de 30 anos, como professor ministro os conceitos da administração estratégica. Com base nesses conceitos os alunos passam a desenvolver o planejamento estratégico de suas organizações de forma prática. Primeiramente esses alunos apresentam o seu negócio em um modelo CANVAS e na sequência aplicam uma metodologia para a elaboração e implementação desse PE. Dentre os temas abordados estão as práticas do diagnóstico estratégico; a elaboração da missão da empresa e os valores da organização. A partir da análise de SWOT e da definição do negócio elaboram-se os objetivos e definem-se os desafios empresariais e suas estratégias Empresariais. O desdobramento desses objetivos resultam nos projetos e planos de Ações, com as respectivas métricas (KPI's) para controle e avaliação e atualização do planejamento estratégico.
