• Represented Chile's Comptroller General on the external oversight body for UN entities worldwide, serving as Team Leader across two concurrent audit mandates. • Led two multidisciplinary teams of up to ten people each, auditing UN entities operating with $1.1B budgets across Europe, Africa and West Asia, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and International Public Sector Accounting Standards. • Conducted audits and anti-fraud assessments regarding UN financial statements, contracts and operations. Achievements: Substantive improvements in the operational and financial functioning of the entities and in the budget allocation by the United Nations.

Achievements: • Over USD 4 million successfully invested through the first Latin American private investment fund aimed for impact investment projects in the Occupied Palestinian Territories, creating over 1,000 job positions in health, manufacture, education, tourism and IT, and obtaining a solid return on investment. • Contributed to the creation of Palestine’s first Development Impact Bond, with the World Bank and EBRD.
