The organization has about 200 members leaded by a head chief more aged than the members of the program who were in average about 20 years old. I got to lead some of the teams in the program where I took care of 10 - 20 missionaries. As a leader I would arrange meetings where I gave trainings focused on better ways to find people to teach, techniques of approach, teaching techniques and motivation to my team mates. Most of my duties were also getting weekly reports from each members of the team on how the teaching was going and follow up their accomplishments or failures so me and my leading partner could either help or set them as an example of success to the other missionaries, thus leading my team to greater progress. Social service such as helping neighborhood with manual labor of every kind or gathering with other members of the church in the community to do other bigger service projects like painting schools, teaching languages to non natives of Brazil or giving trainings of religious subjects.
