Outstanding Performer: 2024 > 146% of targets achieved 2025 > 170% of targets achieved Key accountabilities and responsibilities: - Map and report on the current Product Life Cycle Process, determine priorities and collaborate with the Product Lines to improve. - Manage punctual Projects that involve data migration, reporting, improvements. Contribute to more efficient Product Delivery by developing tools and/or processes. - Align data model with other BA and develop efficient ways to store and use the data - Support BLs in delivery management, product portfolio management, productization and modularization, product compliance management and quality assurance processes. - Gather and distribute the best practices of Modularization and Product Structure within Minerals BA - Provides support and training in ERP/PLM tools and establish best practices - Contribute to the PLM roadmap and vision together with other BA and gathers and conveys business requirements from BLs towards IT department within SAFe development framework Competencies: - Strong stakeholder management, leadership and advanced problem solving skills - Experience in consulting, design engineering, project management and/or PLM process implementation. - Relevant Project management skills - Experience in Global organizations with CRM, ERP, PDM and PLM setup
