With over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, I co-founded and led Pak2Go Logistics, a company that provides contract logistics solutions for businesses in Mexico. As the CEO, I was responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational excellence of the company, as well as managing the online marketing campaigns and customer relationships. I leveraged my skills in business management, contract logistics, and online marketing to grow the company from a small start-up to a profitable and reputable enterprise, serving hundreds of clients across various sectors and regions. As the COO, I ensured the smooth and efficient delivery of the logistics services, optimizing the processes, systems, and resources of the company. I also contributed to the innovation and development of the company's technology, using my background in mechatronics engineering to design and implement solutions that enhanced the quality and speed of the logistics operations. I am passionate about creating and delivering value for the customers, partners, and stakeholders, as well as empowering and developing the team of talented and dedicated professionals that I worked with.
