Supervised a poultry sector department responsible for the process from bird resting, platform, bleeding, scalding, and evisceration, of 04 slaughter lines, with a daily slaughter of approximately 570,000 chickens/day, managing approximately 400 employees. Coordinated and supervised the preparation, processing, and packaging of 125 differentiated dairy products (including pulp yogurts, liquids, fermented, dairy desserts, soy-based products, petit suisse, natural and whole yogurts) in a dairy factory, with an approximate daily processing of 480,000 liters of milk. Managed process improvements and maintenance, met production volumes, ensured the final quality of products, and managed teams in both the preparation and packaging areas of finished products.
