* Design and governance of business infrastructure solutions and concepts from business requirements to global implementation. Management of a pan-European team of Mobility professionals, responsible of delivering * 1 million sq.m. of WLAN coverage and * 5000 mobile devices. My primary EA responsibility in PANDORA is for Digital Innovation, Retail excellence, Architecture Forum lead and overall guard railing of projects, initiatives and roadmaps. Besides all that, really enjoying to support and be part of the massive potential and appreciation in PANDORA !

In the role as internal senior consultant I got more various tasks successfully delivered to Carlsberg such as: Lead architect for a major global Hyperion upgrade in Carlsberg, Enterprise Architect (EA) role for Mobility platform selection and negotiation programme, EA for Group Treasury platform replacement and EA for strategic global integration initiatives. Major improvement areas where within communication, stakeholder management, vendor management and Enterprise Architecture

Within this role I delivered various stabilization and improvement initatives within the Western European Mobility architecture and services, refined and managed Desktop services delivered by IBM, initiated formalization of Production IT services with main focus on infrastructure, desktop and mobility. Other key deliveries were architecture designs on numerous projects, vendor selection and negotiation and steady personal and professional improvement.

* In my current position as Enterprise Architect for Carlsberg Group I am an integral part of large changes within the business and IT. Main focus areas: * Global EA for Carlsberg Group business identity federation across regions * main focus on Asia * Global EA for End-User Computing and Enterprise Mobility & Digitization * Global EA associate for data center services Achievements and deliveries: * Part of core EA team enabling Carlsberg Group to shift IT service provider (from IBM to TCS) within 12 months. My key deliverables were: build tender material, execution of vendor selection, build Scope of Work, establish designs and ensuring governance structure * Publishing and execution of global technology strategies and heat maps * Measurable cost saving initiatives achieved * Continuous strategic advisory for Enterprise Mobility & Digitization Other deliveries are: multiple vendor negotiations, technology selection, strategic advisory where IT innovation shall facilitate the business objectives, governance of core strategic principles, transformation and consolidation initiatives
