- Responsible for the legal management of the Partners vertical, providing strategic guidance on partnership models, negotiation of high-value contracts and amendments, and business enablement through tailored legal solutions. - Draft, analyze, and negotiate complex commercial agreements and amendments with gyms, wellness providers, and professionals, ensuring legal certainty, scalability, and alignment with company policies. - Act as the legal point of contact for antitrust issues before CADE, advising the business on competitive practices and regulatory strategy. - Ensure LGPD compliance across contracts and processes, including privacy assessments, incident response support, and collaboration with Information Security and Compliance teams. - Provide legal guidance on marketing and advertising compliance under CONAR regulations, reviewing materials and advising on campaign risk. - Work cross-functionally with Product, Technology, HR, Marketing, Compliance, and Commercial, supporting multidisciplinary projects and contributing to the development of internal policies and scalable legal frameworks. - Provide strategic legal guidance on labor and employment matters across LATAM, including internal investigations, employment policies, and restructuring initiatives. - Participate in union negotiations and support the implementation of employee benefits, such as Profit Sharing Programs (PLR), in coordination with HR and external consultants.

Worked in Intellectual Property and data privacy matters, including compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Worked on legal matters related to tax law, including analysis, advisory, and support in tax-related proceedings.

Worked as part of a multidisciplinary legal team covering various areas of law, performing activities such as: - Monitoring case progress and developments; - Managing deadlines and procedural timelines; - Drafting a wide range of legal documents (including defenses, motions for clarification, counterarguments, and interlocutory appeals) subject to team review; - Preparing detailed legal reports; and - Conducting legal research on doctrine and case law.

Experience in case screening and handling, including: - Drafting initial pleadings; - Summarizing case files; - Participating in conciliation hearings; and - Providing legal guidance and assistance to citizens.
