Marcell Tamás Nagy

I am an experienced professional and leader in the field of media and communication. I have been in the business more than 30 years and has spent much of my career at international global media networks, in different manager positions (CIA, McCann, GroupM – MEC, Maxus, Wavemaker). During the years I have gained experience in the fields of: media and communication planning, corporate marketing and PR communication, market research (planning, interpretation and use), media trading acquisition, international relations, customer relations and customer relations team management, HR, performance evaluations, company leadership and management, contract negotiation and management, business acquisition - business development. In 2010 I established and led as CEO the Hungarian Maxus office – WPP/GroupM company - with continuous successful business results. After a global GroupM decision Maxus and MEC was merged in 2018 under a new brand name called Wavemaker. I have become a Business Unit director at here and leading Wavemaker’s subsidiary MFuture Hungary. In 2021, I obtained a second degree in Political Marketing and Communication Consulting at Corvinus University and as an individual entrepreneur, I periodically take on jobs and projects appropriate to this field. In 2023, I joined the MiértRádió? industry association as its project leader, to support and improve the perception of radio as a media, towards the advertising market players. In parallel, also in 2023, I started working as an individual entrepreneur providing public affairs consulting and strategic advisory services, leadership mentoring, as well as organizational and sales consulting.
