My career has seen me as a business consultant, IT specialist, and senior systems analyst, which has really helped me lead teams and projects both here and abroad. I've got a lot of experience leading remote teams, using digital collaboration tools to keep productivity and communication on point, no matter where everyone is located. I've worked on projects with global teams in various countries, currently partnering with folks in Germany, Mexico, and the US, making sure tech solutions fit different markets. In addition to running the IT department at our Brazil unit, I report directly to management in Germany. I'm in charge of budget control and implementing strategies to cut costs and optimize resources. I've also handled global system migrations, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions of technologies across different markets. My approach to systemic processes is all about data analysis and automation, always aiming for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
