Worked as Area Team Leader, Chief PT and stand-in PE manager for a 100 kboe/d company with 5 major fields. Key player in coordinating and driving company wide activity integration (projects / well services / production operations). Responsible for 25 staff, daily well performance monitoring, production forecasting, Hydrocarbon Maturation, delivery of Field Development Plans and reserves reporting. Coordinated business plan process with multiple interfaces and in-/external stakeholders.

In the short term managing the transition of the Majnoon Field to implement basic WRM practices in the field, readjusting staff roles and systems and bringing focus to reservoir management, balancing short, medium and long term optimisation. In the longer term world class WRM based on LEAN principles will be implemented.

As Production Technology Lead, next to being the technical authority, my primary responsibility is to ensure the health of the discipline and development/maintenance of standards and guidelines. Within Arrow Energy, key functional themes centred around artificial lift selection, well, facility & reservoir management and the wells basis of design. In 2013, led the design of the Gas Factory, required to efficiently build and construct thousands of wells and gathering lines in our Coal Seam Gas project. Starting late 2013, was work stream lead for the x-functional well pumping group. The team successfully delivered beyond target Unit Technical Cost reduction and has implemented a number of key technology trials including Surat TekPark. As of April 2014, have been managing the Surat brown field Front End Development in order to maximise asset value through a methodical and focused effort to integrate the various components of the overall production system.
