In July 2021 I was promoted to the Executive Assistant based on the work and impact I had during the first two years I was in my administrative assistant role.

During my time as an administrative assistant I supported four business development managers and three analysts. This support ranged from calendar management, coordination of client meetings, event planning both locally in in the cities my managers were traveling too. I ensured that each manager had everything they needed for each meeting and trip. I was also responsible for managing projects internally such as meeting material creation, data management, and financial management. Additionally, one of my managers became a partner of the firm in 2021 which increased my responsibilities for his support. This role required high attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. I have needed to prioritize many competing priorities and stay calm under pressure.

As a recruitment manager I was responsible for the full end to end recruitment cycle of prospective corp. members for Teach for America at 4 elite colleges in New England. This role required me to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including college career centers, key influence personal on campuses, and students. I worked closely with a recruitment associate to build out a strategic plan each years to both build brand awareness and brand support on each campus. Using data to inform my decisions, my team was able to improve senior recruitment in our first year and early admission recruitment in our second year. I managed a team of interns and worked to build out a longer term pipeline starting with students in their sophomore year of college. My role as a Coordinator of Supplies required me to use strong project management, have attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with both clients and vendors, and work in a fast paced environment. I was responsible for the following, though this is only a limited sampling of the work iI did during my time in this role. - Managed all supplies orders for over 75 clients and over 50 types of products - Responsible for ensuring all orders arrived on time and in good care. Followed up with vendors if and when issues arose with deliver operations. - Tracked all orders, invoices, and product inventory to ensure our records matched the records of our vendors - Utilized Zendesk, Excel, G Suite

I was a 2013 Early Childhood Corp member. I was placed in a dual language preschool, where I was a co-lead teacher for a four year old classroom. During my two years of teaching I was trained in developmentally appropriate learning practices for young children. My classroom met State of Delaware standards for a top performing early learning center. My classroom also met Head Start and National Association for the Education of Young Children standards I planed and implemented lesson plans that met the academic and social needs of my students. I gathered student data to measure growth and inform my lesson plans. This data was collected throughout the year and reported three times a year to families, school leadership and the state of Delaware. During my two years teaching I received training and credentials in the following: - State of Delaware Early Childhood Teaching Credential - National Director's Credential - Trained in Expeditionary Learning - Teaching Strategies Gold

I received my Master of Education degree in Human Development and Psychology. I focused my studies on early childhood development. Specifically looking at language and social emotional development in children from birth to eight years old. I did course work looking at relationships between schools, families, and communities to understand how those factors in a child's life interact with each other impacting a child's development. While much of my focus during my Master's program was around early child development I also strengthened my skill sets as a researcher through multiple projects that required both qualitative and quantitative data analysis. I collaborated in small groups to produce high quality research and participated in many presentations of my research findings which strengthened my ability to communicate effectively in multiple settings.
