Led a team of 3 highly skilled Primavera P6 schedulers within the Rail Operations Centre (ROC) Program. Scheduling delivery scope included: 1) Constructing the new Rail Operations Centre (the ROC) at Mascot, 2) Delivering two (2) new pieces of technology (Rail Emergency Management and the Electronic Train Graph) 3) Moving people from existing operation centres to the new ROC at Mascot Reframing schedule management outcomes with exec stakeholder management expectations was a key CSF in the role. Disciplined reporting cadences and collaborative QA oversight were key features in the program and a cornerstone for success.
