I continue in my role as Talent Program Coordinator, and alongside this I’ve taken on additional responsibilities supporting the onboarding of interns and temporary staff. I make sure new joiners receive the training and guidance they need to navigate our processes smoothly. I also work closely with HR and Compliance, contribute to improvements in digital HR workflows, and handle sensitive information in full alignment with GDPR.

· Managed end-to-end recruitment processes for various EMEA positions, ensuring a seamless experience from job posting to offer acceptance. Successfully handled 70 offers in 2024. · Collaborated with hiring managers from 17 different teams to define relevant sourcing strategies and optimal screening/interviewing methods. · Leveraged key recruitment tools and channels to reach both passive and active candidates, always looking for out of-the-box solutions. · Led and participated talent acquisition and branding enhancement projects to define innovative best practices. · Counseled hiring managers on the recruiting process to ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. · Continuously expanded knowledge on the talent market, bringing actionable competitors’ moves insights. · Led onboarding sessions for interns to improve their experience, explain their duties and rights in the company. · Led and oversaw events in the office to promote SAP's exposure and gain talent from EMEA. · Ensured compliance with Spanish labor laws and company policies across EMEA markets. · Maintained and updated HR databases and systems with employee information. · Generated regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and employee satisfaction. · Analyzed HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management
