Directed the largest regional cargo airline in the world consisting of 350 aircraft (primarily Cessna 208's and ATR 42/72's) serving 72 countries and 160 destinations. Last major projects were integrating TNT's regional network into Fedex's, developing/implementing a fleet refreshment program centered on the ATR 72-600F and Cessna 408 SkyCourier, and implementing the Purple Runway pilot recruitment program for feeder pilots to join Fedex. Managed a direct group of 34 employees who oversaw 40+ independent airline vendors providing contract services (dry and wet lease). Superb reliability and safety performance during tenure thanks to long standing relationships with contract partners and a strong safety culture. Exceptional leadership, organizational and people skills.

Pioneered one of first industry SMS's for regional airlines and administered safety initiatives to reduce risk in both flight and ground operations. Initial primary focuses were on Cessna 208 icing issues, reducing ground strikes and upgrading C208 and ATR cockpits to provide pilots with enhanced situtional awareness.

Resurrected an intra-European feeder network out of the new Charles-de-Gaulle hub in June of 1999 serving (initially) 12 European cities with Shorts 360's. Rapid expansion through 2004 to 32 cities, 25 routes utilizing multiple contract operators and aircraft (ATR's, BAE ATP, L382G and A300B4). Also oversaw a small co-load feeder network out of Dubai during this period (Falcon Express).

Initially managed feeder routes in the southeastern U.S. and then developed an extensive network in the Caribbean and Latin America utilizing company owned assets and a wide variety of contract aircraft.
