 Manager of a team of 5 highly skilled permanent and contractor staff, assigning responsibilities, providing direction and advice. Involved as well in the recruitment process of new team members. Test and validation of new SW, HW and features of 2G/3G Access Network equipment, providing validation results and feedback to Orange Group. Responsible for the validation of new Access network IP transmission solutions, including the documentation study, solution design, lab and live network testing. That project required complex cross-functional resource coordination with different teams and outsource partners. Obtained a sound IP knowledge. Responsible for the validation of the HD voice from access network perspective. Working with FT R&D for knowledge exchange and avoid duplication. Attending to project meetings representing department views and providing technical/testing consultancy to the project team. Obtained a “celebrate award” on this project. Deputy of the Test Manager, when he was on leave, attending the relevant technical and resource planning forums

Test and validation of the Pico Cell solution, taking responsibility from the start as the only project resource. Suggested measures in order to save money and improve efficiency within the organisation. Worked as well in GSM and 3G validation teams, obtaining rapidly technical knowledge on the hands-on operation of the 2G/3G equipment. Achieved a very good understanding of lab validation activities and 2G/3G technologies.

Technical support to sales force and generation of public tender documentation. Provide technical support to costumers that entailed productive relationships with both vendors and customers. Host customer training sessions, regarding new software tools functionality Customer personalization of TETRA terminals and base stations. Analysis and auditory of the TETRA networks.

That includes the creation MS Excel programming macros. Design and development of a tool that analyse that the data from Bugzilla to determine the root cause of reported defects on the source code. Interaction with internal customer to adapt the software to the company requirements
