Full commercial responsibility to execute the contract package to design, construct and install two offshore substations for the Greater Changhua offshore wind farm (total value of more than 150mEUR). Ensuring a successful and commercially viable project execution during the time of the global pandemic, which confronted the project with extended lockdowns, supply chain blockages, labour shortages and unavailability of key means for constructing and installing the two offshore platforms. Building a strong supplier relationship with a new key player in the offshore wind industry that would pave the way for further diversification of the Ørsted supply chain in the Far East.

Responsible for the complete sourcing process, from go-to-market strategy creation to contract negotiation, for two Offshore Substations from the Southeast Asian market for the Greater Changhua Windfarm in Taiwan. Coordination of the full tender team, consisting of engineers and planners, to ensure contracting on time and below budget. In charge of preparing and delivering the decision making documentation to encourage the Ørsted organization to push the boundaries by contracting in a new and unproven market for the offshore wind industry.

Holistic project management of Mærsk Line and Svitzer newbuilding projects in close coordination with internal stakeholders from Technical, Commercial, Finance and Strategy departments Sharing the team's responsibility as Supplier Relationship Owner for key strategic shipyards in China and South Korea Responsible for the creation of quarterly shipbuilding industry and fleet reports for the APMM Board of Directors Business Process Owner for various ambitious IT development projects within the Maersk Line Chartering Team
