- Manage operations force for the different agencies in the country ( document processing, customs clearance, logistics,warehousing,ship's agency, husbandry services, air freight, ocean freight, invoicing) - Define, optimize and implement country standards ( process and structure ) in line with area responsibilities, global guidelines and standards - Monitor performance ( productivity, quality of service, data, incident management ) and initiate, implement and control corrective actions - Manage operational subcontractors ( truckers, customs brokers ) in line with area responsibilities global guidelines standard - Perform local procurement and maintain relationship with local carriers - Implement new business and participate in country planning - Assure appropriate staffing and training in cooperation with HR - Assure the correct and full use of standard operational application
