• Lead Mechanical and Electrical assembly in production. • Discuss those problem encountered in assembly to engineer in-charge. • Create new idea to improve those problem encounter during assembled the parts. • Make a recommendation to improve or modify the design of machines. • Assemble mechanical parts using e-Drawings / Solidworks file and modify if there some problems or errors in fabricated item. • Install pneumatic parts, wiring the main panel, subpanel and other electrical parts sensor, thermometer, heater, thermocouple, PLC, based on wiring diagram. • Fabricate inhouse items using milling, lathe, band saw, circular saw, welding machine and others power tool. • Overhaul / clean Milling and Lathe machine, Install exhaust duct and vent.

• Review and approve drawing of team member with regards to dimension or design of machines. • Give recommendations to improve or modify the design of machines. • Create job change improvement and cost saving project in the production area. • Established Early Warning Solution (EWS) in the production, made idea generation and managed the installation. • Work with IT Engineer to develop the layout and monitoring of spare parts item using bar code system. • Review and check the approval of material/spare parts request by the production for monitoring and proper management. • Manage the incoming and outgoing spare parts per process. • Supervise and delegate work assignment of each team member. • Prepare weekly report and do presentation to the Production Manager for other improvement plan and recommendation. • Create monthly report for the whole team. • Work with Production Manager for fully implementation and proper management of 5S3R & 8-machine system in the process area. • Clean Technology Expert Training Course for improving manufacturing in Samsung Electro- Mechanics Suwon Plant in South Korea in November 2018. • Auditor in process area of other Samsung plant in Busan South Korea for 5S3R and 8- Machine system improvement project in June 2019. • Conduct training to the new team member, Technician, Operator and new engineer in the process regarding Basic Mechanical, Basic Electrical, Engineering Materials, Technical Drawing, Basic Pneumatics, 5S3R and 8-Machine System. • Helping team member for set-up and electrical wiring of new machine.

• Conceptualize and design the process line material management for Lead Time and Job Change improvement. • Involve in development of furnace exhaust duct by installing heat exchanger to optimized energy usage. • Design mechanical and electrical sub parts of auto unloading machine project, from manual to auto unloading. • Solid Training on CT (Cycle Time) and ST (Standard Time) for improvement of production line. (Tianjin and Binhai China Samsung Electro-Mechanics in September 2014) • Skills and Development Training conducted in Samsung Electronics Corporation, Suwon South Korea in April 2012. • Extensive Training and Experience on Heat Treatment of Steels and Metals Identification and Selection in Metals Industry Research and Development Center Philippines in July and August 2012. • In-charge and handle Energy Optimization in production and offices. • Create new auto paste marking machine for replacement of obsolete machine. • Remodel and improve old auto reel changer machine. • Improve drop test and manual tape sealing machine from manual to semi auto machine. • Design and assemble Training Kit Machine for the technician and new team member to improve their skills. • Conduct education and training to new engineer and technician in the process regarding Basic Mechanical, Basic Electrical, Engineering Materials, Technical Drawing and Basic Pneumatics.
