One of the pioneering members of the newly established Renewable Energy Arm of Ramcar. Transferred from Ramcar Technology Incorporated. * Led and scaled a multi-sector solar design team, delivering optimized systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the Philippines. * Established the company’s benchmark for external solar installations, determining optimal design standards and ensuring compliance with local and international codes. * Spearheaded supplier sourcing and technical component evaluations, securing cost-effective, high-performance equipment aligned with client needs and project budgets. * Engaged directly with clients from design to deal closure.

* Designed over 130 MWp of solar PV systems, including: = 8.2 MWp ground-mount system with 34.5kV interconnection, saving ₱71.5M/year. = 1.9 MWp rooftop C&I portfolio, delivering ₱17.2M in savings. = 52+ commercial and industrial systems across the Philippines. * Delivered 124.7 MWp of feasibility studies for utility-scale sites. * Led technical R&D and implemented six major O&M and protection design upgrades (e.g., AFCI, dual-glass, fire safety). * Collaborated on cross-functional audits, energization, and maintenance for 3+ MWp of existing systems.

A deputy officer under Logistics and Procurement. It is mainly responsible in overseeing and coordinating the logistics of the organization by ensuring that the units have the necessary resources, equipment and support to effectively operate their specific missions and respective roles. > Oversee inventory levels of equipment, and supplies. > Implement systems for tracking and managing stock levels to avoid shortages or excesses. > Plan and execute procurement activities to acquire necessary equipment and supplies. > Ensure timely and secure delivery of materials to the intended destination > Manage storage facilities. > Coordinate maintenance activities for equipment, and facilities. > Develop and manage budgets for logistics and supply chain activities. > Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on financial status. > Maintain accurate records of logistics and supply chain transactions. > Generate reports on logistics status, and resource availability.

It plays the crucial role in maintaining order, discipline, and the overall well-being of military personnel within the barracks. The position contributes to the organization by ensuring a secure and well-maintained living environment. > Overseeing the daily operations of the barracks, ensuring cleanliness, order, and adherence to regulations. > Enforcing discipline among personnel, addressing misconduct or violations promptly. > Handling matters related to accommodations by ensuring proper living conditions. > Implementing security protocols to safeguard the barracks and its occupants. > Conducting regular safety inspections and drills. > Managing logistics related to barracks facilities, including supplies, maintenance, and repairs. > Collaborating with relevant departments for support services. > Facilitating training sessions on barracks regulations, military etiquette, and personal development. > Maintaining accurate records of personnel residing in the barracks. > Providing leadership and setting an example for subordinates. > Mentoring and fostering a positive environment for the barracks residents.

The Power Engineering specialization has been responsible for training and educating graduates in electric power engineering courses. The students, in addition to their basic knowledge in electrical engineering are armed with strong analytical skills and knowledge in: > Power Systems Analysis: The graduates are armed with the theoretical and practical knowledge to model transmission lines, power flow studies, and network calculations. The students learn economic dispatch, fault analysis, transient stability and time-domain analysis using MATLAB and Simulink exercises. > Power Distribution Engineering: The course covers broad topics in transmission and distribution engineering and planning. Students are able to design electrical distribution systems of industrial, commercial, and residential areas. > Power System Protection: The course provides the necessary knowledge in the electric power system protection and also introduces the protective relaying.

The UPLB Department of Military Science and Tactics has equipped Cadet Officers with a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, leadership principles, and operational tactics essential for success in dynamic and challenging environments. Through coursework and practical training, they have gained expertise in a range of areas, including: > Leadership Development: Studying military history and leadership theory has provided those with valuable insights into effective leadership styles, decision-making processes, and team management strategies. > Strategic Thinking: They have learned to analyze complex situations, develop strategic plans, and adapt tactics to achieve mission objectives while considering factors such as terrain, enemy capabilities, and resource constraints. > Crisis Management: They are adept at responding to crisis situations, managing stress, and making critical decisions under pressure, skills that are applicable in both military and civilian contexts.
