HR operations - Handling the needed documents for hiring and resignations. - Reorganizing the staff vacations records to insure accuracy & abidance to organization's policies in accordance with labor law. - Keeping regular / accurate reporting of headcount, organizational charts, vacations' records and attrition analysis. - Handling debt burden calculations for staff. - Processing staff loans (administrational & operational) and related accounting entries. - Calculating the employee Personal loans and assures the related papers are completed. - Calculating the Credit Card limits for staff as per their Debt Burden calculation. - Preparing the outsourced staff personnel data and salaries in order to be used in payroll processing. - Preparing HR letters and bank statements as per employees' requests. -Approval of Staff FX rate. -Managing employees leaves. -Managing the contract process for successful candidates. -Managing Outsourced Payroll cycle responsible for updating all payroll changes and E2E payroll process for outsourced employees. -Settling EOS (End of service) and financial dues for the staff. -Managing payments according to the SLAs by preparing invoices with actual spent ‘Pension”.

-Responsible for the daily payment transactions processing -Handling all the governmental pays (taxes, SI..etc) -CPS (feeding account) -internal transfers ( same customer different accounts, sister companies, foreign exchange) -foreign cheques - Mandate & direct debt -Corpay (transfer that the customer do it by himself to transfer money into different accounts inside and outside the bank) -Ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, complying with all Standard Operation Procedures -Handle all back office duties related to payments
