Assistant Team Leader Product Development -Dairy , juice & concentrates section at Research and Development department. - Developing new and line extension products within agreed concept, timeline, and procedures. - Prepares and maintain documents (industrial trials, shelf life study ,sensory testing ,raw materials and product specifications, recipe formulations, product flow sheet and process product quality standards). -Responsible for development of Mcdonald’s dairy products manufactured by Juhayna. -Working on SAP system to create and modify recipes, budget control, review and creation PRs and POs.

● Blood samples analysis - Detecting blood groups. - Antibody screening by using Informatics technology (ELISA technique). ● Maintenance for equipment and instruments: - Weekly maintenance for IH-COM, GALILEO and documenting these activities. - Follow up with third party suppliers for quarter maintenance. ● Stock management: Daily consumption, ordering and receiving of lab kits from warehouse. ● Applying infection control guidelines in workplace

● Managing and oversight - Managing and oversight of sales activities of the pharmacy during the shift. - Coordination of all activities for five assistances in the pharmacy. ● Training for pharmacy trainees. ● Coordination with insurance companies: - Follow up with insurance companies and conducting new agreements. ● Stock management: - Responsible for the pharmacy stock and conducting POs to insure continues customer satisfaction.
