As a Human Resources Generalist at DaikyoNishikawa USA, Inc. (DNUS), I manage various aspects of production associates recruitment, new hire onboarding, and employee benefits, such as health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as 401k plans. I ensure that the benefits are compliant with federal and state laws, and that the employees are well-informed and satisfied with their options and coverage. I leverage my bilingual communication skills to foster positive and productive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners. I speak fluent English and Spanish and have experience working in multicultural and diverse environments. I conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, as well as employee relations and performance management, in both languages, ensuring that the employees feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
