• Led the perfect development and construction of the entire portfolio of 1.2M m² and 0.3M² under development in 2021, within the best practices of the market, quality standards, safety, cost, time and technical guidelines according to the company's objectives. • Actively participated in the process of the Prologis Brazil Logistic Venture Real Estate Investment Fund in 2018 with Ivanhoe Cambridge with the definition of corporate policies, development processes and construction to meet the needs of Compliance and CVM. • Motivated by continuous innovation, implemented BIM 360º as the standard throughout the DESIGN platform. • Presented construction alternatives, new products and value engineering opportunities that helped deliver solutions to customers and improved construction costs. • Negotiated all Bids with Contractors to achieve the Company's goals reaching Savings of 5% to 10% of the cost of the construction. • Focusing on ESG, I strengthened the Prologis Leed Certification Program in Brazil, ensuring Leed Platinum as standard in recent developments. As continuous improvement of Sustainability, I implemented as goal the WELL Certification and Carbon Zero for the last projects under construction. • Led the Prologis Brasil Solar Pilot Program that will be implemented at the end of 2021.

• Chaired regularly scheduled development meetings to communicate the company's expectations and supervised all the milestones established in each of the developments, through the analysis of physical and financial reports and presented to leadership and investment funds. • Restructured the Development department to create the concept of "Business Owner". • Recruited, managed and developed the teams involved in the area of Development and Construction elaborating the job descriptions as well as KPI’S and appropriate evaluations. • Implemented project management tools of construction and earthworks, licensing processes and Kahua for Bidding process. • Implemented ISO 14,001 in construction and Safety Inspection.

• Built strong partnerships and introduced several strategic suppliers to achieve quality objectives and the expectations of the main stakeholders of the new business. • In 2012 our first Cajamar Industrial Park Development received the Real Estate Master Award and the LEED Silver Certification. • Actively participated in due diligence processes, evaluation for land acquisitions and construction. • Implemented processes for hiring design professionals, managers and consultants. • Managed the entitlement, permiting , environmental licensing and approvals. • Managed bidding processes. • Responsible for several inspections on the construction site, verified progress and quality. • Defined the process of delivery the construction and transition to the Property Management Team. • Elaborated the technical specifications and guidelines of the developments that were part of the lease contract.

• Managed the design and pre- construction with all the interfaces and approvals involved of the Shopping Cidade de São Paulo and Torre Paulista, a Corporative Building on Paulista Avenue, parallel to the subway in the former Matarazzo family land. A 24-Story Office Building and Shopping Center Tower with 5 floors for Shops and 6 Basements for Parking. • Presented weekly reports and prepared time schedules for stakeholders (CCP and CCDI (Camargo Correa Real Estate Developments) about the evolution of the Project, approvals and contracts.
