New city, new gig, new setup! Managed to make some transformational hires for niche sales roles catering to the US market and got my first taste of startup recruiting.

Stepped into the role all guns blazing and managed to make my first hire within the 1st month itself! Owned the Mid Sized Enterprise charter - hiring for niche roles, driving employer branding initiatives, championing internal mobility - all the while enabling and setting up the new hires and interns for success!

Drove the sourcing efforts for the India Tech Sales business, identifying and cultivating talent for quota bearing roles across both Mid Market Enterprise and Large Enterprise segment. Managed to 2x the MSE team’s headcount and build lasting relationships along the way. Also, earned a fast track promotion to a full cycle role and got the opportunity to drive impact at a larger scale.

Delivered end to end talent acquisition solutions for Consulting and Technology roles (data engineers, data scientists, decision scientists) in a fast-paced consulting setup. Additional responsibilities included collating data through primary and secondary market research to generate actionable intelligence & empower context in client associations across industries and sectors, including but not limited to Management Consulting, KPO, and Professional Services firms. Learnt the ropes of TA from the ground up and found my real passion - have not looked back since then :)

Assisted on the DBT funded research project titled “Isolation and characterisation of Adhatoda vasica constituents for anti-mycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium smegmatis and BCG in vitro and ex-vivo within human macrophages.”

Undergone intensive hands-on training in cytogenetic diagnostic techniques such as Karyotyping, FISH analysis as well as scientific report writing.

Core courses included Business Technology, Entrepreneurship and Marketing 101, taught by leading industry professionals to develop strong business acumen.

Partook in several activities and field trips across the USA to imbibe cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
