As an experienced HR manager with more than 15 years of expertise in HR in international environments, I support companies in growth and transformation - recently by transforming traditional business models into digital and diversified structures and by supporting organic growth and M&A. In my current role at Maersk, I lead a team of ten People Partners in North Europe to drive leadership and HR initiatives. This includes HR integrations following M&A, supporting business units in transformation phases, and optimizing local HR processes through targeted knowledge management and collaboration strategies. With a proven ability to manage organizational and cultural integration, as well as a strong focus on modern and agile working methods, I support leadership teams at all levels to achieve business goals through innovative HR approaches.
