Assembly of the Mine Fleet (2012-214). Bulldozers K475A, Loader L2350, 44 Trucks Komatsu 930, Shovels P&H 4100 XPC and CAT7495, Drills P&H320XPC and CAT6640, Hydraulic Shovels CAT6060, 9 trucks CAT797F and auxiliary equipment. Preparing the LPPs contracts for the different OEMs (Komatsu, CAT, J&G, etc.) Precommisioning, Commisioning and Ramp up of the Processing Plant 140 Ktpd of ore material (two lines of SAG/Ball circuits). Fast Ramp up to the nominal throughput and reliable operation, Achieved in 5 months (global record for Cu processing plants) Preparing contracts for the major maintenances in the processing plant.. Leading 320 employees and 1100 contractors. High performance in Safety, IFR=0, 5.5 Million hours without any recordable accident. SAP PM implementation. In operation, good improvement maintenance projects: ie: extend time between PM 750 hrs for Komatsu trucks, extend the tyre´s life over 4000 hrs, etc. Achieved goals: 1. Komatsu trucks availability over 91 % in the first 4 years of operation, MTBF>65 hrs; 2. Loader L2350 availability over 84% 3. Whole plant, 94.1 % availability in the first year of operation 4. Hauling Cost in the top quartile of the global benchmarking Leader for Lifting/work at high/Guarding fatal risks implementation

Short andl Long term planning to the whole maintenance process, Mine (54 trucks CAT793, 4 Rope Shovels CAT7495, Drills CAT 6640 and auxiliary equipment), Processing Plant (110,000 tpd of ore material, Pipeline and Port (Filters and shiploader) Developing and executing the reliability plan for the full operation.
