Responsible for quality product in starting this facility, non-conforming product, PPAPs, inspections, quality suppliers and customer complaints. In charge of 3 Quality Engineers, 1 CMM Technician and 16 Inspectors in 2 shifts.

Processes: Metal-mechanical, assembly, plastic injection, ultrasonic welding, die cutting, powder painting, mechanical galvanizing, aluminum injection. Achievements: Certification ISO-9001 of 2 plants and maintain the Certification of 8 more plants. Communications Plant, March 2002 to May 2002. Quality Systems Coordinator reporting to Quality Manager. Responsible for follow-up of ISO-9001, continuous improvement program (suggestions) and trainer on quality topics.

Escobedo Plant, November 2001 to March 2002. Junior Quality Engineer reporting to Quality Manager. Responsible for quality inspections.

Plastics Plant, March 2001 to November 2001. Junior Quality Engineer reporting to Quality Manager. Responsible for follow-up of ISO-9001, Control Plans, FMEAs, Client Complaints, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Statistical Analysis, Supplier Audits. In charge of 6 inspectors in 3 shifts.
