Responsible to meet the commit with customer, first escalation point for the planning team. Make the OTD happen. Execute, along Supply Chain, the strategies to increase the Supply Chain Models to reduce the inventory levels. NPI activities under my duty, ensure correct driving of the materials to arrive for the different PVT. Manage the personnel to ensure their activities are balanced. Direct contact with different external customers to attend their escalations in a daily basis. Follow up on different KPI's as Non-conformal, AP, MRP execution, E&O disposition, and other metrics.

Overlook the BOM's creation, ensure the information is loaded properly in System to avoid problems in the future. Drive materials for the PVT, and the ramp up for the customer. Quote and find the best freight option to have the materials on time with the correct cost. Cover Shortages with supplier or customer to ensure correct Ramp up process.
