Accario does Finance and Accounting Outsourcing for businesses in Australia. It's a new company and getting clients can be a tad bit challenging as Accario needs to be first established as a trustworthy entity among the business community in Australia. I'm solely accountable for bringing in sales from digital platforms. I've worked closely with the management in building the brand identity from scratch and getting the groundwork ready- designing the logo, developing the website and creating marketing material. I'm also working on the digital strategy for the brand and I manage social media on all platforms, create content for social media and do SEO for the site.

Collaborate is a coworking space in Kirulapone. I joined them just as the company started and I had the opportunity of building the brand from the start. The coworking market in Colombo is congested at the moment, hence getting customers was a challenge, on a small marketing budget. I worked with the management on designing the logo, managing social media, getting leads from digital platforms and brainstorming on doing something different and standing out from the competition.

Gayasad Constructions had a small team at the office but they had 60+ construction workers working for them. They got business always through word-of-mouth and recommendations but they wanted to get more sales and expand their business. I worked with the management and founders in designing the logo, building the website and creating and managing social media accounts. As they didn't have proper HR and Admin procedures in place, I had the opportunity to implement said procedures and get involved in recruitment, as well.

At Hash 3 3, a Digital Marketing company in Colombo, I had the opportunity of working with clients like Domino's, ANC and Airtel. I worked with Marketing Managers on coming up with digital strategies from the idea generation stage and content for campaigns, managed the advertising budgets, created monthly and weekly reports, and client servicing
