Created, Developed, and maintained DCPFR-related reports like distributor-sbf ordering accuracy , source accuracy , top losses in power bi by processing huge amounts of data and finally publishing it on power BI service which improved decision-making with the following outcomes 1. Improved ordering of sub-brand form by particular distributors by reporting accuracies with the help of forecast and Actual sales of sub-brand form using MAPE as a measure which improved monthly accuracies by 2 to 3 % month on month 2. Build top losses reports across categories and overall wise which helped the business team to identify top losses and improve decision-making and optimize the inventory and save business cost 3.
