Daily communication with internal departments (Technical Support, Operations, Sales, Commercial, Clinical, etc.) to resolve fulfillment and customer-related issues. Collaboration with 3PL warehouses and key clients across Europe. Process analysis, improvement, and creation of new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensuring order and data accuracy within Oracle Fusion and Salesforce systems. Monitoring supply chain performance and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Managing incident communication and coordinating process changes with internal teams. Supporting public tender reviews and implementation.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations with a focus on sourcing products from China, supplier negotiation, and quality assurance. Oversee procurement strategies, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient order fulfillment and cost optimization. Analyze market trends, identify process improvements, and implement strategies to enhance supply chain performance. Maintain strong supplier relationships, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive business growth.

Responsible for sourcing products from suppliers and manufacturers in China, negotiating pricing, and ensuring product quality. Manage inventory levels, coordinate logistics, and oversee order fulfillment to ensure efficient supply chain operations. Maintain supplier relationships, ensure compliance with regulations, and support continuous process improvements in sourcing and logistics.

Work with isolated glass units. Was in charge of organizing the delivery of finished items, which involved negotiating contracts with transportation companies, planning effective trailer space utilisation, route planning, communication with drivers, problem solving, and tight collaboration with the manufacturing department.

I was responsible of 15 trucks fleet. This included communication with drivers, routes planning, communication with drivers and customers, search of loads in Timocom platform, ferries booking, organising trailer switches.

Started as intern and later was hired. My responsibility was to plan round trips from Lithuania to Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia. This included search of loads in Cargo.lt, Trans.eu and Timocom websites, communication with drivers, route planning, negotiations, problem solving and planning efficient cargo placement in trailers.
