This role is part of the Health Facility Services team which oversees all the major redevelopments, new-builds and transformational projects for Acute Care, Long Term Care and Urgent Care centers. • Actively participated in the Business Case phase of the new facilities working through the feasibility, analysis of capital options, initial budget estimates and the design from an IMIT Perspective. • Led the planning of the integration of work packages. This included overall planning, coordination and scheduling of all IT delivery projects. • Prepared and presented all the project documents including project charter, IMIT estimate, IMIT plan, stakeholder management plan, communication plan and risk register to the project governance including the ministry. • Oversaw risk, issues, and scope change management processes related to IT deliverables. • Liaised, collaborated, and worked with Clinical Planning and Operations to ensure that the IT delivery remained aligned with the clinical needs and priorities. • Worked with the IMIT infrastructure/compliance group, design builder, engineering/systems providers and architects to ensure that the IT delivery projects remain aligned with IT Master Plan and meeting requirements. • Procured, deployed and tested network equipment (including switches, routers, voice gateways) and end-user devices (workstations, printers, telephones, scanners etc.) • Managed external construction vendors to ensure that cabling, installation of wall devices etc are done according to the standards.

Managed Medical Claims System Replacement Project which was one of the largest initiatives for the ministry of health to replace the current healthcare providers payment claims (80 million claims per year approx.) within the province. The Claims System Replacement Project included three streams of work: 1. Application Development, 2. System Integration, Conversion, and Testing, and 3. Business – Process Renewal, Training, and Change Management. Each of the streams had a dedicated project manager and had separate teams working on their specific deliverables. I was responsible for managing all these streams at a program level. The program had an overall budget of $15.3 million. • Developed and controlled the overall program plan, project plans, and key project objectives, outcomes, specific actions, targets, and measures. • Provided operational leadership, identified, and assessed issues, challenges, and future business process possibilities. • Monitored progress relative to baselines and tracked a program of linked and interdependent projects. • Developed and managed relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including eHealth Saskatchewan, CGI, Saskatchewan Cancer Agency and QHR Tech. • Prepared and presented reports on program progress, risks, expectations, timelines,
