Project Planning and Execution  Planning, scoping, estimation, tracking & implementation of project plans within budgets and deadlines.  Coordinating projects for the set up facilities with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives.  Preparing budgets and planning funds for diverse operations, ensuring adherence to the allotted budgets.  Preparing periodic MIS reports to facilitate decision making by top management Plant Operations  Steam Distribution & consumption monitoring of whole Rayon plant.  Achieving production targets (35 TPD) with respect to Anhydrous Sodium Sulphate.  Dealing / Studying the system on SKADA & Distributed Control System ( DCS ) Installation & Commissioning  Handling installation and commissioning of plants as well as handling facilities for completion of projects in stipulated time/cost parameters.  Undertaking up gradation, renovation & modification job of the existing machinery, equipment and manufacturing facilities of the plant.  Reviewing plant layout & carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness of the equipments/ plants. Team Management  Leading, motivating, and training the employees to improve their operational efficiency.  Organizing training internal/external programmes based on the training need analysis to elevate the skills & productivity of employees. Noteworthy Credits  Have successfully handled the following major projects  Acid absorption crystallizer (AAC)  Successfully completion of erection and commissioning of 16 TPH multi stage flash evaporator (MSFE) project.  Erection and commissioning of Cyclone separator in MSFE and Anhydrous Evaporator.  Erection and commissioning of ENKA project & Newly constructed Sodium Sulphate plant of 45 TPD capacity.  Successfully implemented world class manufacturing activities in plant
