Job Responsibilities: • Direct Communication with the Hiring Manager discussing the requirement of the req • Sourcing Candidates through Job Portals such as Naukri & Linkedin • ATS (Application tracking software) tool – Smart recruiter • Screening process through phone calls & making them understand the job description. • Sending resumes to the hiring managers with the required information • Scheduling interviews through MS Teams & Webex checking the availability of the Hiring managers & Candidates. • Interview prep candidates before them attending the interview. • Sharing feedback from hiring managers • Involvement in New college Graduate hiring projects (IITs & other Tyre 1 colleges all over India) • Creating PPT Presentations for various seminars • Preparation of necessary documents using MS Word, Powerpoint, and MS Excel • Scheduling meetings with various department people as managers request • Involved in the preparation of offer letters & sharing them with the candidates. • Updating reqs of candidates who are promoted as per companies’ requirements. • Formatting resumes and Preparation of a summary for each resume which will be reviewed from the hiring manager.
