*  General Banking Operation i.e. activities related to Remittance & Cash and play the authorizer also. *  Cash related activity i.e. branch cash opening customer deposit and withdrawal , handling branch daily expenses , cash remittance inward as well outward . *  Performing Remittance work i.e. Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS, Processing Vendor Bill and Payment , cheque presentation via CTS clearing as well as local clearing, Branch ATM refilling and reconciliation on daily basis. *  Achieving the target of the branch in CASA, opening new to bank (NTB) a/cs. Taking reference from existing customer. *  Timely resolution of customer queries and providing 100% customer satisfaction. *  Cross sell banking product Like, Insurance, MF, and CASA. *  Achievement of Customer Satisfaction, with Zero percentage complaints. *  MIS submission of MIS report to the Reporting Manager. *  Printing & Cross verification of the reports. Checking the voucher of cash and keeping them into safe place. *  Marinating all cash & remittance related registers. *  Handling all compliance aspect related to cash & Remittance.

* Picking Material demand from company site and forward to supplier for Quotation, Quotation from Vendor, Price negotiation, Purchase Order drafting, Transportation and delivery up to working site. * Follow up the supply of material till material reached to the company site. * Coordination with other departments (Construction, Stores, Accounts etc) * Daily, weekly, monthly reports to Management and documentations. * Vendor Development & maintaining long lasting relationship. * Maintaining purchase Record in system as well as in manually in purchase register.

* ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY: * Bulk & Retail Purchase and Sale of Foreign Currency/TT/DD/Travel Card to Direct Customer as well as corporate Client and other Foreign Money Exchanger. * Developing new policies and procedures to improve sales performance and resolving dealer dispute. * monitoring sales report competitor strategies selling price and market share. * Work as informer role to provide information to upper level and middle level person. * play a communicator role and interact with head office and marketing personnel.
