This project pioneers a new era of AI-driven enterprise automation, transforming how large organizations manage complex operational workflows. Instead of relying on manual, step-by-step processes, it introduces an autonomous multi-agent system that learns directly from human experts, converts their task recordings into vectorized workflow intelligence, and executes similar tasks automatically across mainframe and web systems. At its core, the system combines Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangGraph based orchestration, and a vector database of workflow embeddings to create a continuously learning AI workforce. When a user records a process (like updating a customer record), the system analyzes the actions, generates semantic vectors, and stores them as reusable “how-to” workflows. When similar issues arise in the future, the AI retrieves and executes the most relevant workflow autonomously resolving issues that previously took hours in just minutes. By integrating multi-agent coordination, semantic search, and mainframe/web automation, the platform enables organizations to scale human expertise infinitely. It represents a future where enterprise systems learn, adapt, and act on their own, converting decades of procedural knowledge into a dynamic, self-evolving automation network.
