With over three decades of leadership across the insurance industry, I’ve had the privilege of growing with Generali since 1986, shaping strategy, building teams, and driving transformation across markets and business lines. Today, as CEO of Generali CEE Holding and Regional Officer for Central and Eastern Europe, I lead a region rich in diversity, ambition, and potential. My journey has taken me from technical and reinsurance leadership to executive roles across Italy and Europe, including CEO of Genertel and GenertelLife, and CEO of Generali Global Corporate & Commercial. Each step has deepened my belief in the power of people, purpose, and partnership. I’m passionate about building customer-centric ecosystems, where innovation, digital simplicity, and human advice converge to create lifetime value. Our mission in CEE is clear: to be the most trusted partner for our customers, agents, and communities. That means investing in seamless experiences, empowering our distribution networks, and delivering solutions that anticipate life’s evolving needs, from climate resilience to retirement wellbeing. Outside the boardroom, I find balance in the discipline of judo and the strategy of chess: both lifelong passions that mirror the focus and foresight I bring to leadership.
