Primary Responsibilities: 1. Establish KPIs & Targets: Set and monitor key performance indicators for sustainability, report progress to top management, and engage with suppliers and company panels on sustainability and climate change initiatives. 2. ESG/Sustainability Reporting: Ensure compliance with reporting frameworks such as GRI, SDGs, BRSR, and EU-CSRD. 3. Emissions Calculation & Carbon Accounting: Oversee the accurate calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions to ensure robust carbon accounting. 4. Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive ESG strategy that focuses on net-zero targets, energy efficiency, and sustainable supply chain management. 5. Focused on understanding the lifecycle aspects of products, conducting LCA studies, and preparing Environmental Product Declarations and product carbon footprints for various projects, with a strong emphasis on decarbonization. Experienced with tools such as OneClick LCA, EcoChain, and others to drive sustainability initiatives. 6. Working on the Eco Vadis assessment, analyzing current performance, preparing action plans, and focusing on improving scores across all four main pillars. This includes evaluating 21 key indicators to drive continuous sustainability improvements.

ESG Framework Implementation: Lead the adoption and implementation of global ESG Sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, SBTi, SDGs, and CSRD. 3. Emissions Calculation and Carbon Accounting(GHG): Oversee the accurate calculation of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. 4. Manage all aspects of carbon accounting and reporting, aligning with global standards and best practices. 5. Strategy Development: Develop and implement a cohesive ESG strategy that incorporates net-zero targets, energy efficiency, sustainable supply chain management
