Client: Freedom Mortgage Process: Retail Post Closing Key Responsibilities include (For Post-closing mortgage): Data Entering of borrower(s) information (Name, SSN, employment, demographic) in application Capturing Information from Note document, Appraisal document, Credit Report, Mortgage document, Loan estimate & Closing disclosure Review all loan documents(documents used for conventional, VA, FHA, USDA) & match/complete the information on client funding system that is used to register & fund all loans Figure out discrepancies in the information entered on the system against the loan documents Answering various checklist according to question Suspending into checklist if any document is not fulfilling the requirement of checklist and escalate to next tier Reviewed Loans to verify moderate to complex documentation like Flood Cert., Insurance document (HOI, Flood insurance, MI etc.) and final CD etc. to ensure zero discrepancies. Examined AUS for LTV/CLTV, DTI, Loan Term, Loan amount, Property Value, Interest rate, etc. to match with Appraisal report, Note, Loan Transmittal etc. Determined if any documentation is missing from closing package and raise condition for the same. Worked well independently and with a team to solve problems. Worked as a prime contact between management and team members, Collected EOD report from team and send collated report to TL for Weekly and Monthly Reporting. Assisted team members and resolved their queries regarding Process or activities.
