He was responsible for taking these solutions to CSPs globally, leading to multiple strategic wins. Prior to that Manish joined as Radisys' CTO in 2011. At Radisys he redirected struggling MRF business to high growth VoLTE market delivering 20+ carrier wins. As CTO he led NFV/SDN architecture work that led to Terabit NFVI Platform development, FlowEngine, optimized for Data Plane workloads. He led Corporate Marketing team that established Radisys' brand position in LTE, VoLTE, NFV/SDN and Small Cells markets. Prior to Radisys he led Product Management at Continuous Computing where he shaped startup's strategy to grow and dominate the DPI & Small Cells markets. He led Continuous Computing to a successful exit of $120M delivering significant returns to its shareholders. Manish served on the Executive Board of Small Cell Forum and the Board (E-SAB) of Open Networking Foundation (ONF).
